Cat's claw (Uña de Gato) has always been revered as a sacred plant by the indigenous peoples of Peru due to its comprehensive effect. It is used in numerous diseases to eliminate disturbances in the communication between body and mind.
Consumption / application:
1-2 teaspoons per day as a tea briefly brewed or in fruit juices, smoothis and shakes.
Not recommended for women who wish to have children, pregnant women and children under 3 years of age.
